1. Right of Withdrawal 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the receipt of your order.

Conditions to Exercise This Right:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused, with all accessories and documents included.

  • A return request must be submitted in advance by contacting us at contact@totarmonie.com or via our contact form.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product received is defective or non-compliant.

Refund:

  • Once the product is returned and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

2. Returns for Non-Compliance or Hidden Defects

If the product received is defective, does not match its description, or has a hidden defect, you are covered by the legal warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery.

Process:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue (via email at contact@totarmonie.com or our contact form).

  • Include photos or a detailed description of the defect, along with your order number.

Options:

  • Refund: If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).

  • Replacement: If available, we will send you an identical product in perfect condition.

  • Repair: If possible, we will repair the defective product.

Timeframe: We commit to resolving your claim within a maximum of 30 days from the identification of the defect.

3. Non-Eligible Products for Returns

Certain products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization and necessary instructions.

  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

  3. Return the package to the address it originated from.

  4. Once the package is received and verified, we will confirm the refund or replacement.

5. Refund

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
